i ordered a wiper blade for my car that totally doesn't fit. Looks like he just randonly guesses it will to flog them. So he says send it back for a refund, but didnt answer me when i asked if he will refund the postage back.

re holiday saga, phoned up dollar saying how crap thomas cook are and will a ref number do? they said without the voucher we would have to pay again! So phoned tomas cook again and got a girl who said that she can just email the voucher, they do it all the time. !!

joint account, filled it in online and got letter saying we need to pop in to a branch to show some id, 5 min job.
phoned up to see if we needed an appointment, nopers just 5 min job no appointment needed aiiiight
(only 2 branches in the area, both 400 meters from each other?) aaaanyway after driving 40+ mins to get there, the fucker says there's an hour long queue and when i mention that they said no appointments were necassery, he said "that's fantastic, i suggest you complain to them, they know the crack"

so i ment to the other one, and they said it might be 30 mins, but we couldn't make an appointment, had to sit in a queue and it may take much longer
so i went to rbs over the road, got in straight away and got it all done in <30 mins ;0)
