joint account, filled it in online and got letter saying we need to pop in to a branch to show some id, 5 min job.
phoned up to see if we needed an appointment, nopers just 5 min job no appointment needed aiiiight
(only 2 branches in the area, both 400 meters from each other?) aaaanyway after driving 40+ mins to get there, the fucker says there's an hour long queue and when i mention that they said no appointments were necassery, he said "that's fantastic, i suggest you complain to them, they know the crack"

so i ment to the other one, and they said it might be 30 mins, but we couldn't make an appointment, had to sit in a queue and it may take much longer
so i went to rbs over the road, got in straight away and got it all done in <30 mins ;0)
